These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of all products, services, and platforms operated under Gracen360, AuthorHub360, both a DBA of Gracen Group Enterprises LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”).

By accessing or using Gracen360, AuthorHub360, or any related websites, software, or services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Company Overview

Gracen360 is a white-labeled version of the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, designed to provide CRM, marketing automation, and business management tools for authors, coaches, and entrepreneurs.

All Gracen360 technology, infrastructure, and data hosting are powered by GoHighLevel, LLC. Gracen Group Enterprises LLC owns the Gracen360 and AuthorHub360 brands and manages client relationships, billing, and user support.

Gracen360 and AuthorHub360 are business and author-focused software platforms that provide tools for:

CRM and contact management

Email and SMS communications

Calendar and scheduling features

Funnel and website building

Marketing automation

Product delivery and support

Author platform and reader engagement tools

Services may also include onboarding support, help documentation, and optional setup packages.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Gracen360, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Account Registration and Access

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • All activities that occur under your account.

  • Ensuring your use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may not share or resell your login credentials or sub-account access without written authorization.

4. Service Plans and Features

Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 offer various subscription tiers (e.g., Author Essentials, Core, Growth, Pro).
Each plan provides different levels of functionality, integrations, and automation features.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue plan features at any time with reasonable notice. Service specifications, limits, and pricing are available on our website or as otherwise provided during sign-up.


5. Payment Terms

a. Subscription Billing

All paid plans are billed via Stripe (or another approved processor) based on the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are due at the beginning of each billing cycle (monthly or annually).

b. Setup Fees

One-time setup fees (if applicable) are non-refundable once onboarding begins.

c. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for subscription or setup fees after services have been rendered, except where required by law. If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must notify us within 10 business days of the charge.

d. Payment Authorization

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled.

e. Cancellations

You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the billing period.\
We do not issue refunds or prorated credits.

f. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access may be paused until billing is resolved.

6. SMS Messaging Terms

The Gracen360 & AuthorHub360 Messaging Program provides service-related text messages, including:

- Account alerts

- Onboarding reminders

- System notifications

- Support messages

- Product updates

- Training information

- Service-related announcements

We do not send mobile marketing or promotional SMS messages.


Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in through a website form, checkbox, checkout page, or messaging keyword, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your account and services.


Opt-Out Instructions

You may cancel the SMS service at any time.

To stop receiving messages, text:“STOP”

After sending “STOP,” you will receive one final SMS confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After this confirmation message, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.


How to Rejoin After Opting Out

To rejoin, complete any SMS opt-in process again (such as website forms, account settings, or keyword opt-ins), and you will begin receiving messages once more.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

This applies to all wireless carriers participating in message delivery.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and messages you send to us.
Message frequency may vary depending on account activity and service updates.

Compliance with Industry Standards

Our messaging program complies with:

- CTIA Guidelines

- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

- Carrier-level SMS policies

- GoHighLevel messaging requirements

We only use SMS for service-related notifications and required communications.

Operational Disclosures

We may disclose information only as needed to deliver the Services, such as:

Payment processors

Hosting providers

Support tools

Email/SMS delivery providers

These providers are used strictly to support service delivery.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be disclosed to any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.


Legal Compliance

By opting in to receive text messages, you acknowledge that your consent is not a condition of purchase and that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device associated with the number provided.


7. Data Ownership and Responsibility

You own all data, content, and customer information stored in your Gracen360 account.

Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 (Gracen Group Enterprises LLC) acts solely as a data processor on your behalf and will not access, use, or disclose your data except

  • To provide technical support or troubleshooting,

  • When required by law, or

  • To maintain system security and integrity.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy, anti-spam, and data protection laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) when using Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 to collect or communicate with contacts.


8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 to:

  • Send unsolicited or unlawful messages

    • Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content

    • Engage in spam, fraud, or harassment

    • Misuse automation or communication tools

    • Interfere with platform security or performance

    Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.


9. Third-Party Services

Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 integrates with third-party providers including GoHighLevel, Twilio, SendGrid, Stripe, Google, and Meta.

Your use of these integrated features is subject to each provider’s terms of service and privacy policy.

We are not responsible for the actions, data handling, or service outages of any third-party providers.


10. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, code, and materials provided within Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 are owned or licensed by Gracen Group Enterprises LLC or its licensors (including GoHighLevel).

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own business purposes.


You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute
Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 materials without written permission.


11. Service Availability and Updates

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360. However, occasional downtime may occur for maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control.

We are not liable for loss of business, data, or revenue caused by such interruptions.

We may release updates or improvements that alter platform functionality. Your continued use of Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 is provided “as is” and “as available.”


We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, about:

  • The accuracy or reliability of the platform,

  • Its compatibility with your specific business needs, or

  • The results you may achieve through its use.

All services are offered with reasonable care and in accordance with industry standards.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gracen Group Enterprises LLC and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages,

  • Lost profits, revenue, or data, or

  • Business interruption resulting from your use (or inability to use) Gracen360.

  • Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy,

  • Use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or spam activity, or

  • Fail to maintain current billing information or payments.

In all cases, our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you to Gracen Group  Enterprises LLC within the previous 12 months.


14. Cancellation, Refunds, Termination, and Data Transfer

a. Client Cancellations

You may cancel your Gracen360 subscription at any time by logging into your account or submitting a written cancellation request to [email protected].

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Access to your account and all associated services will continue until that date.

Because Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 provides immediate access to licensed software and automation tools, subscription fees and setup fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered.


To avoid additional charges, cancellation requests must be received
at least three (3) business days before your next billing date.

b. Refund Policy

All payments made to Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360—including setup fees, subscriptions, or add-on services—are non-refundable except where required by law.

If you believe a billing error occurred, you must notify us within ten (10) business days of the charge. Approved refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

c. Nonpayment or Account Suspension

If a payment fails or remains outstanding beyond its due date, your account may be automatically suspended.

Accounts not reactivated within thirty (30) days of suspension may be permanently closed, and all associated data deleted per our Data Retention Policy.

d. Termination by Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without refund if you:

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations accrued prior to the termination date.

e. Data Retention After Cancellation

Upon cancellation or termination, your account data will be retained for up to sixty (60) days unless otherwise requested. After this period, all stored data—including contacts, funnels, workflows, automations, and uploaded media—may be permanently deleted.

Clients are encouraged to export their data before cancellation or termination. Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 is not responsible for any loss of data after the retention window expires.

f. Data Transfer and Portability

If you wish to transfer your sub-account to another GoHighLevel agency, Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 will cooperate with reasonable transfer requests once the following conditions are met:

  1. Your account is in good financial standing (no unpaid invoices or disputes).

  2. A written data-transfer request is submitted to [email protected].

  3. The receiving agency confirms its ability to import your sub-account under the GoHighLevel platform.

Upon confirmation, Gracen360 will coordinate with GoHighLevel to facilitate the transfer or export. Administrative transfer fees may apply based on data volume and time required.

Only client-generated content and uploaded data (e.g., contacts, messages, and media) are transferable. Platform templates, configurations, and automations developed by Gracen Group Enterprises LLC remain its intellectual property and are not included in the transfer.

g. Effect of Termination or Transfer

Upon completion of a transfer or account termination:

  • All billing obligations to Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 will cease at the end of the active billing period.

  • Your access credentials will be revoked once the transfer or deletion process is complete.

  • Data transferred to another agency will thereafter be governed by that agency’s policies and terms of service.

h. Reinstatement

If you wish to reinstate a canceled or terminated account, you may contact [email protected] within sixty (60) days of cancellation. 

Restoration is not guaranteed and may incur a reinstatement fee.


15. Compliance With Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding electronic communications, intellectual property, and data privacy, including but not limited to:

  • CAN-SPAM Act

  • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)

  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance when using Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 to communicate with your contacts.


16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Williamson County, Texas.

17. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect new services, laws, or policies. Revised versions will include an updated “Effective Date” and will become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of Gracen360 and/or AuthorHub360 after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
